Ingredients

While the base only requires two items, I’ve included an optional “Flavor Boost” section to make it taste like a real dessert.

3 Large Eggs (separated into whites and yolks)

100g Greek Yogurt (Plain, 0% or full fat) OR Cream Cheese

Optional: 1 tsp Stevia/Honey, 1/2 tsp Vanilla extract, or a pinch of Cream of Tartar (for stability).

Instructions
Prep the Oven: Preheat your oven to 150°C (300°F). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Whisk the Whites: In a clean glass bowl, beat the egg whites (and cream of tartar, if using) until stiff peaks form. You should be able to hold the bowl upside down without anything moving.
