Baked Garlic Parmesan Fries

  1. Step 1: Preheat Oven and Prep Potatoes: Heat the oven to 450∘F (232∘C). Cut the 2 large russet potatoes into french fry shaped strips.
  2. Step 2: Season and Spread: Place the potato strips on an aluminum foil-lined baking sheet. Toss the strips with the 2 tbsp. olive oil and 2 tsp. minced garlic, as well as salt and pepper to taste. Spread the fries in a single layer to ensure crispiness.
  3. Step 3: Bake: Bake for 30-40 minutes, flipping the fries halfway through, until they are browned and crispy.
  4. Step 4: Finish and Serve: Remove the fries from the oven. Immediately sprinkle with the 1/4 tsp. garlic powder and 3 tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese before serving. Enjoy!
