Crispy Roasted Cauliflower

  1. Prep the Cauliflower:

    • Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
    • Wash cauliflower thoroughly and remove leaves.
    • Cut into medium-sized florets.
  2. Make the Seasoning:

    • In a large bowl, combine olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
    • Mix well until all ingredients are evenly incorporated.
  3. Coat the Cauliflower:

    • Add cauliflower florets to the bowl.
    • Toss gently to coat all florets evenly with the seasoned oil mixture.
  4. Roast the Cauliflower:

    • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
    • Spread cauliflower florets in a single layer on the baking sheet.
    • Roast in preheated oven for 25-30 minutes.
    • Toss gently halfway through cooking for even browning.
  5. Serve:

    • Remove from oven when golden brown and crispy.
    • Let cool slightly before serving.
