- Worcestershire sauce – 1 tsp
- Onion powder – 1 tsp
- Garlic powder – ½ tsp
- Salt – ½ tsp
- Black pepper – ½ tsp

For the Mushroom Gravy
- Butter – 2 tbsp
- Mushrooms, sliced – 8 oz
- Onion, finely chopped – ½ small
