Texas Party Dip

  1. Preheat Oven
    Preheat to 350°F (175°C). Lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  2. Mix Base
    In a large bowl, blend the softened cream cheese and sour cream until smooth.
    Stir in refried beans, green chilies (if using), and taco seasoning. Mix well.
    Add 1 cup of the Mexican blend cheese.
  3. Assemble
    Spread the mixture evenly in the prepared dish.
    Top with remaining Mexican blend cheese and cheddar cheese.
  4. Bake
    Bake uncovered for 20–25 minutes, until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
  5. Finish & Serve
    Remove from the oven and garnish with olives, green onions, and tomatoes if desired.
    Serve warm with tortilla chips.
